Upcycle old items into something new, like a decorative planter or a repurposed piece of furniture
TIME(quality time )
Quality time is all about consciously (some call this mindfully) spending time together in order to show your appreciation & affection
COOK for THEM
Cook for them this does not need to be a 12course meal maybe make them some pasta with a can of pasta sauce
If that feels to hard maybe go with cheese on toast or Pizza
PUT SOMETHING ON PAPER
maybe Write a letter or a card or a poem or just write words that you would use to describe the receiver.
